Family Weekends
The 2024 Family Weekend will take place from Friday 17th May till Sunday 19th May. Booking will open on the 9th February closing on the 22nd March. To make your booking click on the link below and download a booking form.
Our Family Weekends have been held every year since Approx.1992 and are great fun for all the family. Pitlochry and the surrounding area is ideal for a weekend break with lots of interesting things to see and do.
The weekend is held at the Atholl Centre in Pitlochry, located behind the Baptist Church on Atholl Road.
A great time is had by everyone who comes along.
Various activities are organised during the weekend, such as cycling, swimming and putting for those who wish to take part.
The Weekend includes:
- Accommodation (all linen supplied).
- Friday night dinner (normally 7pm).
- Saturday breakfast / lunch / dinner.
- Sunday breakfast / lunch.
- Arrival Time: any time after 16.00 Friday, Departure Time: 14.30 Sunday
The cost for the 2024 weekend are noted below:

- Per adult
- £35.00
- Age 11 - 16yrs
- £15.00
- Age 6- 10yrs
- Day visitors £7.00 for lunch: £13.00 for dinner
Heart children and under 5s go free
These concession rates and costs are subsided by the Association. However, to make sure we can continue to support this, and many other projects, we require your contribution as noted below.
Payment for the weekend should be paid by bank transfer by the 3rd of May 2024, however if you prefer to pay by cash on the weekend, please let Lesley know asap.
The centre has thirteen bedrooms, accommodating up to 34 people. Each bedroom has vanity wash units and wardrobes. Rooms will be allocated on arrival. Eight rooms have private toilet facilities. The remaing five have vanity wash units and share two shower rooms and four toilets.
The centre is equipped for disabled guests with toilet facilities and ramps.
There is a television room and a lounge area. Drying facilities and indoor games are available. The centre also has a large Dining Room.
Special diets such as diabetic, gluten free and vegetarian can be catered for, but please tell me before we go. Car parking is also available.
All other families are welcome for a day visit and lunch can be catered for if you tell us before hand.
